I really love
treadmills. I especially love them now that they have individual TVs on them at the Y. I love to go over there and watch one of my favorite programs. I like to watch hour programs, so that I will stay on the treadmill that long!
I need to start going more often, so I can burn my calories, and see my body tighten. I have no excuse--I just haven't been going. But as soon as I get back from vacation, I will be over there hopefully almost every night.
