Want To Look Younger

I need to continue working on getting my health back up to snuff. I need to still eat better, even though I have made some progress there; I need to get more exercise (I did get a pedometer and see that I need to walk more!)' and I need to get more sleep. I have ridiculous sleep habits now--started in law school. Staying up late working on freelance writing or law projects, laying on the sofa to relax and watch a little TV and then i fall asleep there, only to wake up later and have to go to the bed. Not good for sleep. And that is not good for you. I am also thinking about taking hgh pills but may tak to my doctors about that.
